Our Story

Fan Manager was founded in 2012 by Jim Pallotta, executive board member of the Boston Celtics and president of A.S. Roma soccer, in his quest for a solution to monetize the Celtics and Roma fan bases. Finding no holistic solution in the marketplace that addressed fan monetization, Fan Manager was launched and continues to evolve to serve other industries as the #1 fan activation platform in the world. 

We would not be where we are today without our customers, partners, and people. We are proud to count among our customers some of the most recognizable and forward-thinking sports properties in the world including A.S. Roma, Atlanta Hawks, Buffalo Bills, and the Washington Nationals.  Our 60+ partners are world-class innovators of sports and entertainment solutions such as Amazon, MLBAM, Tickets.com, and Twitter. Using deep learning principles across tens of millions of data points across these partners, we discovered patterns that power our platform to provide automated capabilities for fan and sponsor acquisition, optimized fan lifetime value, and a more efficient and effective activation solution.  

Our team is based in downtown Boston where sports passion is deeply rooted in the city's culture. Like the many championship sports teams that define this city, the Fan Manager culture is about teamwork, innovation, problem solving and not taking ourselves too seriously.  We love what we do and are energized by empowering our customers and partners to successfully meet and exceed their business goals.
